Sparklers at Ramadan

Idul Fitri begins at the end of this week. We'll have a week of
vacation beginning Friday.

Juliana got us each a pack of "Electric Sparklers". (They're usually
only sold during Ramadan.) We lit them up tonight! We could see the
tiny star shaped sparks shooting off. I could even feel tiny sparks
against my arm! But it was safe and fun! (It was a tiny version of
Fourth of July fireworks.) Reminded of you at home (many things do,
actually). And check out the fun artwork on the packaging!
